Passion 4 Pole Fitness
I am Caz Dart a qualifed pole fitness instructor, who wants to bring pole fitness to a gym as a sport rather than something reserved for gentleman's clubs. My aim as a teacher is to help every student be the best they can be, whether its to spin gracefully or to link a series of moves together. I have performed in charity events and shows.
Pole fitness is my absolute passion.
Pole fitness is a sport that combines many different forms of exercise. Regular exercise can develop stamina, strength, muscle tone and shape. It incorporates spinning moves, static poses, inverted positions using an upright pole. I will encourage and motivate you to achieve your own goals through pole fitness whatever your age, size, shape or ability.
